VERSION 2: NSA Circumvents Encryption In Websites, Internet Messaging, Says New Evidence

Version TWO of the story this week (as told by the NSA), is that the story they previously gave about not collecting data on innocent American civilians by “wallowing will-nilly” in their domestic communications was true. HOWEVER, they were engaging in extremely specific targeted attacks on American’s without a warrant.
